anyone kbnow of a good antivirus program nortons is not my cup of tea
(rick dave and bastard keep it simple because im a layperson remember im a pinke to your brains.) i have windows xp and nortons on this is a trial version. any suggestions :pirate:

I recommend AVG.

I've got it running flawlessly on a couple of networks around the place, and it's FREE!

It's an obsolete version, only by a few.

so they sell the new version, while the older one just drops off the list. So rather than see it fall into obscurity, they offer it free.

There's a few new bell's and whistles in the newer version, but they're mostly wanky and offer no extra protection etc.

Much free antivirus software available. Just google one yourself. I use KAV.
